Environmental Site Assessments
AEI performs Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments during the due diligence phase of a real estate transaction. The Phase I ESA identifies potential or existing recognized environmental conditions which may impact the subject site. These Environmental Services include the following:

Acworth Community Center
The Acworth Community Center was a 44,000 square foot project! This was a successful project, AEI was able to provide their geotechnical engineering service to create a wonderful Community Center for the City of Acworth.
OneLife Fitness
OneLife in Holly Springs, Ga was a 59,500 square feet project. AEI was able to provide their geotechnical exploration, construction materials testing, special inspection and erosion control inspection.
Cristo Rey
AEI was able to provide geotechnical exploration, construction materials testing, piles and special inspection. We completed testing for the gym space, parking deck, and outdoor sports area.
